Recipe of the Week:
- 1 ½ pkgs. Refrigerated Pie Crust Dough
- Badia Complete Seasoning
- 1 Egg (whisk until frothy)
- Spoon Cookie Cutter (World Market)
These cute cracker spoons are always a hit at a party. ‘Fill’ with your favorite filling and you have one more EASY hors d’ oeuvre. You can make them ahead of time and freeze them (unfilled) until party time.
Instructions:
- Roll out dough onto lightly floured mat.
- Brush with egg and lightly sprinkle with seasoning.
Cut out spoon shapes. - Bake in 400* pre heated oven for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool completely.
- ‘Fill’ w. pimento cheese, cream cheese w. bacon, anything you would like to put on your spoons.
Makes about 30 spoons.
