Cream Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe of the Week:

  • 3 Lg. Pkgs. Mushrooms (Sam’s size)
  • 2-2 ½ blocks cream cheese
  • Store Bought or Make Your Own REAL Bacon Bits

Cream Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Looking for a real party pleaser? These mushrooms are delicious and
so easy to prepare … but don’t tell anyone! They will beg for more so be sure to make plenty.

Thoroughly wash and de-stem mushrooms
Mix bacon bits (whatever amount you prefer) into softened cream cheese
Fill each mushroom cap with the bacon mixture and smooth until level
Place filled caps into pan sprayed with ‘Pam’
Bake in preheated oven at 375* for 30 minutes
Drain, place in chafing dish, and serve hot
With other hors d’ oeuvres, should serve 30-40 guests
