A few days ago, we introduced you to “Pick Your Own Fruits and Vegetables” in our local area, and had such a great response we decided to search for more. While two of the ones we are featuring today aren’t right in our own back yard, they aren’t too far away, and may be worth a visit.
Sunshine Farm, however, is right by Montgomery. It sounds like a great place “to experience life on a farm,” and that’s just the beginning. They’ve even found a way to introduce some of their homegrown products into a variety of natural, homemade soaps, lotions, face care products, mosquito repellent, and much more. There’s so much to say about Sunshine Farm, but we can’t say it any better than they do on their own website, so take a virtual stroll through http://www.goodcleanlivin.com/ to learn all about them. Or visit them in person at 5800 Jackson Road, Montgomery. A quick call ahead will ensure someone is there to give you a tour. 936-648-6145
You may also find these farms listed in our Directory under Local Products > Farms. If you contact any of these farms, please tell them that you read about them on LakeConroeTXonline.com. We are dedicated to bringing you information and advertisements about LOCAL resources unique to the Conroe, Montgomery and Willis, Texas area around Lake Conroe.
