- 1 (8 oz.) round of Brie Split in half horizontally (do not remove rind)
- 1 Puff Pastry sheet, thawed and spread out (w. ½” wide strip cut off and set aside)
- ¼ C. each of Craisins, Dried Pineapple Bits, and Chopped Walnuts
- Caramel Topping
This eye catching, delicious, hors d oeuvre is a must for every party —large or small. It is sure to have your guests talking. Yes! Even with their mouths full!
- Place top half of Brie onto center of thawed, rolled out Puff Pastry sheet (rind on pastry)
- Sprinkle with Craisins, Dried Pineapple Bits, and Chopped Walnuts, and drizzle lightly with Caramel Topping
- Replace other half of Brie and wrap tightly with Puff Pastry
- Make a bow out of ½” strip of Pastry and place on top side of Wrapped Brie
- Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake in pre-heated oven at 425* for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for 15-20 minutes. Serve with Ginger Snap Cookies
